Do I need a biometric machine?
No. GymDrive supports fingerprint and face-recognition devices over the standard ADMS protocol if you have them or want them, and app-based check-in if you do not. Many gyms start with the app and add a device later.
How do members pay?
Membership fees are collected online through a payment gateway linked to your own account, so collections settle to you, with invoices generated automatically. Cash and offline payments can still be recorded against the member so the ledger stays complete.
