1. Purpose

Defines principles, standards, and ethical expectations for all employees, contractors, consultants, and representatives to foster professionalism, transparency, accountability, and respect.

2. Equal Opportunity and Non-Discrimination

Workplace free from discrimination, harassment, or bias. No discrimination based on religion, caste, creed, gender, age, nationality, or any personal characteristic. All decisions (recruitment, training, promotion, compensation) based solely on merit, competence, and performance.

3. Professionalism and Workplace Conduct

  • Treat colleagues, clients, partners with respect and courtesy
  • Maintain punctuality, discipline, and decorum
  • Dress appropriately and maintain professional demeanor
  • Foster teamwork; avoid disruptive or disrespectful behavior

4. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

Full compliance with labour, anti-discrimination, anti-harassment, occupational health & safety, DPDP Act, and all applicable laws. Violations may lead to disciplinary action including termination.

5. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Protect confidential company, client, vendor, financial data. No disclosure or misuse. Handle all data per DPDP Act, 2023 and company Privacy Policy.

6. Conflicts of Interest

Avoid personal interests conflicting with company. No unapproved external work, gifts/favors influencing decisions, or personal advantage. Disclose potential conflicts immediately.

7. Use of Company Resources

Use company property, systems, assets only for business purposes. Misuse (unauthorized software, personal business, damage) prohibited.

8. Workplace Safety and Substance Policy

Zero tolerance for violence, harassment, alcohol, drugs. Adhere to safety protocols; report unsafe conditions/behavior immediately.

9. Responsible Communication and Social Media

Use social media responsibly. No confidential, defamatory, or misleading posts about company/clients/colleagues. Authorized communication only when representing company.

10. Reporting Violations

Report violations/unethical behavior to supervisor, HR, or confidential channel. No retaliation for good-faith reporting.

11. Disciplinary Action

Violations may result in disciplinary action up to termination, legal proceedings, or other remedies.

12. Acknowledgment

All must read, understand, and comply. Continued employment = acceptance and commitment to ethical standards.
